Each zoom session is 1hr in length and comes with a practical approach to your individual journey. Amanda will email you a 'session focus' with tips and techniques from your session, to start you moving in the right direction.

This session comes with absolutely no obligation to purchase a mentorship package although Amanda hopes you will invest into yourself the way you would a loved one in need.

What is timeline therapy?
Timeline therapy is for anyone wanting to heal emotional wounds, disruptive patterns, and belief systems that are affecting your present reality.
